Rachel Lee is an Artist, Designer & Co-Founder of Neo Genesis, a visual branding agency for creatives & misfit entrepreneurs who are ready to own their weird, and (finally) rock it online. Outside of business hours, you’ll find Rachel doodling on her iPad, blasting EDM on a run, or getting cozy with her cat. https://www.linkedin.com/in/racheltylee/
Rocky McKay didn’t wait long to start doing things his way. He changed his name at age 6, and not much has changed since. A natural performer with an early passion for art and music, Rocky has never been comfortable with the status quo. That restless energy led him to study film, music, psychology, and anthropology, ultimately earning a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He graduated Cum Laude (be cool) from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. In law school, Rocky found his two callings: criminal defense and IP law. He served on the executive board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and as president of Law Students for the Arts. After graduating, he honed his litigation and intellectual property skills at Lewis Roca before founding his own firm, bringing those same skills to the people. https://www.linkedin.com/in/joseph-mckay-857774208/
Kayla Sterner has always been a natural leader and freethinker with an attitude problem in the best way. This has led many to say that she has cult leader energy. In her early years, Kayla attended spy training where she underwent special espionage, interrogation, and persuasion techniques (yes, this is real). She studied international relations at the University of Denver. Kayla pivoted to the private sector, applying her skills to business and marketing. She began her career wearing many hats and managing complex real estate deals until eventually ending up as the director of marketing. After spending over a decade in corporate life, Kayla started her own fractional marketing agency, aptly named The Kult Leader, through which she serves as a fractional CMO and Brand Consultant for Retrograde Legal, and provides branding and marketing support for several other businesses. In Kayla’s free time, she loves to dive into new worlds through her books and is very politically active.
