Lawyers who Lead:  Driving Change with Integrity, Courage & Purpose

an interactive workshop in which participants will be challenged to recognize and embrace their inherent role as leaders in their organizations and communities. Through examples and engaging exercises participants will explore practical applications of the Four Pillars of Authentic Leadership:  Relationship, Integrity, Courage & Growth, enabling them to drive positive change and advance as effective leaders by building Relationships, acting with Integrity, demonstrating Courage and embracing a Growth mindset.  

Speaker:

Paul Boyer is the Founder and Principal of GC Coach, providing executive leadership coaching for attorneys. Paul’s mission is empowering growth-minded lawyers to embrace their inherent role as leaders by elevating their influence, impact and potential. Prior to launching GC Coach, Paul enjoyed a rewarding career as a strategic legal advisor and senior executive across a range of industries including commercial and international finance, telecommunications, mobile technologies, digital commerce and SaaS solutions. His extensive tenure as an attorney spanned a wide array of legal roles including an associate with Miles & Stockbridge, Assistant General Counsel of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, Director of International Alliances at MCI WorldCom, Senior Director of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile, Deputy General Counsel for a mobile payments JV and General Counsel for two e-commerce startups, Ideoclick and Replenium.
