Join us for one of our Coffee Chats, a monthly opportunity for members to connect, collaborate, and ask those questions we’ve all been wondering… all while caffeinating for the day (or if you power up with water we invite you but we are jealous of you). This casual yet focused Zoom meeting is designed to tackle those hot-button topics effecting the lives of women lawyers everyday. Whether you’re looking to learn, share experiences, or find new opportunities, this event provides a welcoming space for members to exchange ideas.
When “It’s Not You, It’s the Budget”… Now What?
Losing your legal job can feel like getting objected to by life itself. One minute you’re billing hours, the next you’re refreshing LinkedIn like it’s evidence in a trial. This community forum is a space for lawyers, law grads, and law students to talk honestly (and with a little humor) about what comes next after a layoff or job loss. We’ll swap stories, share practical advice, and remind each other that being temporarily unemployed does not mean you’re permanently unemployable. Whether you were laid off, let go, or just quietly “restructured,” come connect with others who get it.
